"Corrected and Updated"? Not as far as I could tell. Maybe some mis-spellings or obvious errors were edited out, but not much has changed since the original issue.
The original had drawings, schematics, and how-tos etc. This edition shares only the name. The physical format is a different size, there were no references to updated schematics for example, ( Do I really have to mention the biggest development in electronics since 1971, but the biggest change in research of all time, The Internet. ) Save your money.
